Jerry Silverman Dress

A sheer confection from the 1960's in MINT condition, perfect for that late Valentine's Day dinner.  Elegant to dress up, this dress has a complete slim under dress of black crepe, fully lined.  Over the top, fluttery and swirling layers of the finest chiffon.  Hidden underneath in a peek-a-boo style is the hot pink satin waistband adorned with 6 hot pink rosebuds.  Just a beautiful dress, and so much FUN!  Excellent condition, size 8-10, priced at $65.00.

A beautiful and vivacious 1930's wedding gown constructed completely of palest ivory organza.  Yards of sheer bias-cut fabric cascade to the floor with a long skirt and dainty, gathered leg-o-mutton sleeves to the elbow.  Side seam snap closure, fabric covered belt closes under daisies.  Yes, there are 24 cheerful daisies.  This gown is so much fun even you may not stop smiling.  Underneath, a pale ivory slip to show off the construction of the gown itself.    Size 10-12, beautiful condition, slight staining in underarm.  Priced at $165.00 (rose not include).

1920's Flapper Dress in rich, deep scarlet velvet lame' adds a certain élan that any woman can carry off.  Loosely draped, longer length reaches to ankle with generous 8 inch hem.  Dropped waist accented with large, dinner-plate size velvet rose and leaves draws the eye to the thigh high opening in the dress.  Bodice fully lined, Mint condition, size 12.  Beautiful construction and sumptuous velvet, only $500.00.

Early 1940's pink silk jacquard floor length kimono is a valentine day must-have!  World War II era, generously sized extra-large, length 52", fully lined with ivory silk.  Stunning hand embroidery covers the back of the kimono and down the front, as well.  Two elaborate red roses, one yellow rose and a bluebird of paradise are among the embroidery details of this item.  MINT, unworn condition, from a private collection, a lovely combination of beautiful embroidery with perfect woven-detail silk.  There is not a center seam down the back of the kimono, the picture simply shows the fold line from many years of storage.  No sash is included with this kimono, however it is priced accordingly.
